As you may know by now, the owners of the site that TA-oR is situated on have decided not to renew our 10 year lease, which comes to an end on 31st March 2019. This comes as a direct result of their decision to completely redevelop the entire site into housing, rather than redevelop just part of the site. The planning application has now been submitted. But time is short. We are told that in theory, any objections to the plans should be submitted by 2nd January 2019. A decision could be made at any point between this date and 13th March 2019. However, the council are duty bound to take into account any objections received by the 13th March, so although sooner is very much better, don’t think its too late if you can’t act immediately. Your support, at any level, is so much appreciated.

You MUST state that you are OBJECTING otherwise it will just be noted as a ‘comment’ on the application. You can Object online (please see the application via the link above) or by email.
If you are objecting by email, you should send your objections to the following 3 addresses:

You must state the application number 18/02198/FULM on your objection.
Objections don’t have to be long and wordy. They need to be based on fact (not emotion!)
You don’t have to live in Breedon to object, just have an interest in keeping our village sustainable and unspoiled.
